As your postpartum doula, I am dedicated to providing support to your family following the arrival of your baby.
Overnight Support
Overnight support will be tailored to meet the unique needs of each family. Currently, I provide overnight assistance to families in Richmond, VA, and the surrounding areas. During an overnight shift, I will attend to the needs of your baby, which includes soothing and feeding. If you choose to breastfeed, I will bring the baby to you. Additionally, I can offer guidance on establishing healthy sleep habits, breastfeeding techniques, swaddling, and understanding developmental milestones. The rate for in-person support is $30 per hour, with a minimum of 30 hours required.
Virtual Support
I am pleased to offer your family the same level of support virtually as I would provide in person. This virtual support will be conducted through messaging and Zoom calls. My availability for these sessions is from 9 AM to 10 PM, Sunday through Saturday. The fee for this package is $215, which includes four weeks of service. Should you require additional time, it can be purchased at a rate of $50 for each extra week.
