I'm breastfeeding, do I still need a postpartum doula?

Even if you're breastfeeding, I can still provide valuable support. I can assist with positioning and latch, offer guidance on overcoming any breastfeeding challenges, and help with household tasks. My goal is to ensure you're well-supported, so you can focus on your recovery and bonding with your baby.

I'm a second (or more) time mom, I got this! Why do I need you?

Absolutely! Even as a second-time mom, a postpartum doula can provide valuable support. Every postpartum experience is unique, and a doula can assist with adjusting to a new family dynamic, help with sibling transitions, offer expert guidance on newborn care, and provide emotional support as you navigate this new phase. Whether you’re looking for extra hands or someone to talk to, a postpartum doula helps make the transition smoother and more manageable.

How will hiring you affect my partner’s role postpartum?

I want your partner to be just as involved as I am in the postpartum period. I can help give pointers on baby care, or I can help with light household chores to take some of the load off of your partner. I am willing to help in any way that you need me so that your partner feels involved and you feel supported.

Are you certified/ insured?

Yes, I am a certified postpartum doula with Childbirth International. I also carry my own insurance.

How do I book your services?

What areas do you serve?

First you will need to reach out to me via email or text (can be found on contact page and down below). From there we will set up a zoom meeting to see if we are a good fit. If we decide that we are a good fit I will send you my contract for you to go over and fill out. Deposit is due shortly after.
